Pepper Tree is a comfortable four bedroom farm house accommodating 7 people a few minutes drive from Girraween National Park in the heart of the Granite Belt wine producing area. Within an hours drive, there are several National Parks, two lakes, cheese making shops, breweries, a soap maker and a jam maker not to mention over fifty wineries, numerous restaurants and a wealth of other interesting places to explore.

The house is organised with a group or family of up to 7 in mind and if a guest is confined to a wheel chair, all the facilities are so arranged to ensure a comfortable stay.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, laundry with drier, iron and ironing board, outdoor eating and entertaining areas, outdoor and indoor fireplace, 50 inch TV and DVD player, gas barbecue, board games, piano and exchange library. The main living area and kitchen/breakfast area are air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in all rooms.

Rates

Peak (1st June- 30th Sept)

$220/night Sun-Thu for 2 people. $250/night Fri-Sat (2 night stay) for 2 people.
$1260/week for 2 people.

Off-Peak (1st Oct- 31st May)
$190/night Sun-Thu for 2 people.
$220/night Fri-Sat (2 night stay) for 2 people.
$1050/week for 2 people.

All official holidays are calculated at the peak rate and long weekends are a minimum 3 night stay. If a stay overlaps the transition between peak and off peak seasons, off peak rates will apply.
